This blog is not for lawyers. This blog is not for doctors. This blog is not for politicians. This blog is not for musicians. This blog is not for accountants. This blog is not for waiters. This blog is not for naught.
This blog is to organize my thoughts.
I am examining my life, as a 27-year-old hacker and father, in order to best determine those pursuits which will provide (both lucratively and consistently) for myself, for my family, for my daughter.
Perhaps you are a parent. Maybe you're starting a new project at work or on your own. You are definitely using technology to generate income, or have set yourself to that task as your consummate proof of efficacy in your immediate future.
We are alike.
I am not writing this to market you a new product. I am not writing this to encourage your participation in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I am simply writing this.
You need no encouragement to bookmark this blog. You're either on the same path as I am, or you're leaving this page for another before even reading this line.
If you're still with me, we're walking the same path. Monetizing our skills, for once. Stepping up to the plate for more than a chance to strike out. Applying ourselves to society; yes, that same society that doesn't even understand what it is that we do actually. Trading value for bits of green paper with dead men's faces on them.
We're done watching incomes flow from a distance.
Aren't we?
