Digital Goals

Goals often come at several levels. We have life goals, achievement goals, activity goals... Goals related to our interests, or even just to the things we don't want to deal with. So, without making it sound like the following are my goals for life, I wanted to take a few moments and share some of my digital goals. The goals that I have for myself in relation to my work with computers. I want to achieve, or be able to perform, the following:

  • PHP 5/6/7 authoring without references
  • Professional, efficient Blender/Python skills
  • Flash/ActionScript authoring from memory
  • Write JSP equivalents to PHP apps (uber porting skills)
  • Erlang, Mercury, and Lua language familiarity
  • Program delivery from Squeak (Smalltalk-80)
  • A profound understanding of Emacs and Elisp ;]
Those aren't all my goals in that area, but they're the ones I thought might be worth sharing here. What are some of your goals with computers?
